2. Description of Service & No Financial Advice
AmountZone provides an intuitive message-based logging companion that allows users to record daily expenses, revenues, receipts, voice notes, and interpersonal loans through WhatsApp, visualizing them on a private web dashboard.
AmountZone is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), or any international monetary regulatory authority as an investment advisory or asset manager.
All insights, burn-rate calculations, and visual charts are generated solely from self-reported data communicated by the user and do not constitute certified tax, legal, or investment advice.
3. User Obligations & Data Self-Reporting
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of figures, descriptions, and timestamps submitted in WhatsApp messages.
- You will not use the service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraudulent reporting.
- You maintain sole ownership of your WhatsApp credentials and device authentication.
4. Digital Subscriptions, Pricing & Billing
AmountZone offers monthly and annual digital access plans (e.g. India Founder Plan at ₹9/month or Global Plan at US$1/month). Subscription access begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
Prices may vary by region or local currency. All subscription renewals are processed digitally until cancelled by the user.
5. Account Termination & Data Deletion Rights
You have the absolute right to terminate your account and request complete, irreversible deletion of all financial records at any point. Data deletion requests may be initiated by typing “DELETE MY DATA” directly in WhatsApp or emailing support.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AmountZone and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
